How Do I Get A Bid?
Getting a bid is incredibly fast and easy. Click here to fill out our simple bid request form. You are asked to attach a picture directly from your phone, although if you’re not at home, we can typically find a picture online. After providing your information, we will get your house scoped and back to you showing our base package installation, as well as possible add-on options.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We have streamlined our payment process to make it even more convenient. Upon accepting the quote, you can use any major credit card to pay a 20% deposit, which secures your place on our schedule. After completion of your house, we charge the card on file the following day for the remaining balance. If you would like to pay by check, cash, or bank transfer, contact us and we’d be happy to make those arrangements.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract For Multiple Years?
We pride ourselves in our quality of work and customer service. We trust our relationships, and this is what keeps our clients coming back each season. We do not require multiple year contracts from our clients.
What If A Bulb Goes Out After You Install The Lights?
Included in our lease packages are free service calls and bulb replacements. Most service calls are made within 48 hours. Some of these services are waived for clients significantly outside of the Wichita area.
Do You Offer Wreathes?
Yes! We offer 36” and 48” wreathes which are available with or without mini lights.
Do You Put Lights Around My Entire Roof?
On your custom quote, an image of your house will be marked up to show our base package, which includes the front roofline and gutters. Your quote will also show add-on pricing for other products (Ridgelines, sides and back of houses, pathway lighting, garage doors, wreathes, etc.).
Do I Own The Lights After Signing Up?
ICTLights.com offers an all-inclusive holiday service. This means we use our products to provide the highest quality custom fitted holiday displays for your home. Unlike purchase models, leasing the product means you receive unlimited service calls, flexibility for changing colors year to year, off-season storage and you don’t have to pay an inflated first year fee.
Can I Use My Own Lights and You Install Them?
Sometimes we are able to accommodate these requests, but not always. We require a picture of your current setup to verify type of products and their condition. In those situations, service calls and bulb changes are not included in the quote.
What Products Do You Use?
We use commercial grade plastic clips that are 100% non-invasion and easily removed with no damage to your shingles or trim. We use top of the line, premium OptiCore LED bulbs. Standard installations are done with 12” spacing socket wire and C7 sized bulbs. C9 bulbs are available upon request in limited colors
What Colors Are Available?
Warm White (traditional look), Cool White, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange
LED options include any assortment of colors and patterns. Some of our most popular combinations are multi-5 color, red/white/green, candy cane (red/white), but we can accommodate any pattern you would like.
